Intellectual property (IP) law refers to the establishment and protection of intellectual creations, such as inventions, designs, trademarks, works of art and music.
These rights are established, protected, enforced and promoted through means such as patents (usually for technical inventions), trademarks (for goods and services), copyrights (music, art and literature) and designs (products and logos).

⦁ legal assistance in the registration of Internet domain names, including disputed domain names;
⦁ legal assistance and representation before courts and arbitration tribunals in relation to contractual intellectual property rights;
⦁ representation of foreign collective management associations in the negotiation and settlement of disputes concerning the remuneration to be charged for the use of works in Romania;
