Adina Timonea is a highly experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property and commercial law, with a legal career spanning since 2007. As a co-founding partner of Campan Timonea Law Firm, she provides strategic legal advice to both national and international clients across a broad range of industries.
She has been authorized as an industrial property attorney by the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) since 2012, and is registered as a representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) since 2016.
Adina is a member of AIPPI – the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property – the world’s leading organization dedicated to the development and improvement of legal frameworks in the field of intellectual property.
Her core practice includes advising on trademark and design rights, managing complex IP portfolios, and resolving commercial and intellectual property disputes through negotiation or litigation.
